When You’re Jealous of Others Living Their Dreams
You know that feeling you get in your stomach when you see someone else doing exactly what you’d like to be doing? The one that says, “Why don’t I ever get a break! See, she is living the life I want to live! Why even bother pursuing my heart’s desire? I’ll never make it happen. And besides…who am I to think that I could be doing what she is already doing so well?”
Well before you throw your life’s purpose out the window you need to understand what is happening here.
You see, when you find yourself jealous of other people’s success it’s a good thing.
Yes, really!
It’s the Universe showing you what is possible for you.
When your friend makes her entrepreneurial dream come true and her business is taking off look at your jealous pangs as a sign that you’re headed in the right direction. In essence you’re being shown “There’s more where that came from so keep going!”
You wouldn’t be jealous of her success if you didn’t have the desire and capability to achieve the EXACT same thing.
Think about it…you’re not jealous of EVERYONE’S success are you? There are plenty of people around you achieving their heart’s desire and because you don’t resonate with what they created for themselves, you simply wish them well or celebrate their success with them.
It’s only when another person’s success is a mirror of our own desire that we can misinterpret the situation and think we’ve lost our shot.
It’s actually the opposite.
You’re being reminded of what the world is waiting for you to accomplish.
You better not keep us waiting any longer!!
