You should review your resume and look to make changes to it for every single job posting you apply to.  Do a quick review of your resume before you send it in to make sure it presents you in the best possible light for that specific job.

Start with a positive attitude.  Before you go on an interview or send in a resume, take 5 minutes and write down someone, something or somewhere that you are grateful for.  This will put you in a positive frame of mind and be ready for good things to come into your career life.
